A personalized individual semantics model for computing with linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy information and application in MCDM

This paper develops a personalized individual semantics (PISs) model for computing with linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy information and applies to evaluate different brands of mobile phones. First, considering that term means things decision-makers, consistency-driven optimization checking the additive consistent preference relations (LIFPRs) is constructed by PISs model. Besides, several models are built determine terms LIFPRs obtain acceptable LIFPRs. Second, new definition Hamming distance measuring numbers (LIFNs) developed model, desirable properties discussed. Then, method deriving weight vectors criteria calculated based on proposed measure. Subsequently, framework group decision-making (GDM) process offered, application illustrated using multi-criteria (MCDM) problem about evaluating Finally, comparative analysis conducted show feasibility method.
